Stroke Connection Magazine
Written by stroke survivors and caregivers, it provides a wealth of post-stroke information, hope and encouragement. Published six times a year, it is a great social support tool for stroke families, caregivers and healthcare providers. In addition, the information contained in the magazine reinforces healthcare provider messages about the importance of stroke prevention, early treatment and rehabilitation.
